True, I agree she is reconsidering her own future path when debating whether to tell him, and not yet sure how much she should tell him for that reason…as to #1, I’d argue it’s amazing what people can compartmentalize as being “rational” as opposed to “irrational”…just have to look at the development of human beliefs in our world…even if prophecy and traveling through water might not seem irrational in Aristine’s magical world, that doesn’t necessarily mean it’s looked upon well, especially if it is not common (i.e., witch hunts)…while she might not think Tarkan would look down on her, like they say, three people can keep a secret if two of them are dead…
