I thought so too at first. But after reading the part when Damian looked up at the sky and “nothing was drawned”, I lost all hope 😭

It’s crazy to think that Lucia’s action (proposed to the Duke of Taran) that supposedly meant to save her own life turned out to be a prevention of a continental war.
The butterfly effect plot in this story is nuts
