Norman asked “Who are those men?” while looking at Lucia’s escorts (Jerome & Sir. Dean Heba), and asked “you too?” because Norman got a hunch that Lucia was married, or at least soon to be married like Norman herself.
When Norman indirectly asked again “which one?” by giving Lucia a strange gaze, it was because Norman thought that Lucia’s husband/fiance was either Jerome or Sir. Heba (remember that when Norman first looked at those two, she thought that both of them were good looking…lol).
So Lucia quickly explained that the two men were her escorts (while thinking that if Hugh heard Norman’s question, he would be annoyed… very annoyed hahaaa)

At first I also thought that there’s a typo, and it should’ve been ‘Norma’… lol
And yes, as far as I know, ‘Norman’ is a male’s name
