You are missing the power dynamics of this relationship. Those conditions she set were to please the ML. He made it clear what he thinks about women and relationships so Lucia is trying to fit into his world view. He is the one who has to tell Lucia his views on relationships are changing for her to feel safe about approaching him with her feelings. As long as he keeps that to himself she has no reason to not assume that he is still the same man she met when proposing the contract. The onus is on the ML because he set the standards.

She just twisted it around and called him a cheater despite her being the one that made that condition and he already said back then that he wouldn’t outright have relations with other women after marriage ruining his reputation. He has not given her any reason to say anything like that to him. Ugh I find her to be a bit of a bitch.
