I agree, everyone acting like the Duke is hurting her. He has looked after her from the get go and given her everything and she is getting angry over what exactly? Because he wants her to get treated so her body isn’t harmed? Lucia is self sabotaging due to her own fear of the future and by her own admission is deliberately trying to hurt him to make herself feel better
