He’s such a confused boy and she is deliberately trying to hurt him to make herself feel better. All he knows is that she seems to have something that may be harming her health and is refusing to get treated. He probably feels worse too because she is making it out like it’s his fault that she won’t get treated when once again everybody SHE was the one to insert the additional conditions about no love, pregnancy etc, not him. He has been an absolute sweetheart to her since they got married and she is so insecure with herself that she is deliberately self sabotaging here
